What now?

You'll never make up for lost time, but the consequences of your inaction will catch up with you later down the line.

That’s how I unknowingly guilt trip myself into working harder than I should sometimes. That’s possibly how I decided to publish a new course every other month earlier this year. And while that goal proved to be fruitful, forcing my way through my creative endeavors kept me from enjoying the process.

I discovered along the way that the sense of strain and obligation we harbor within ourselves in the pursuit of more could defeat the purpose of a line of work that actually brings me meaning. And that’s a good indicator that I didn’t know how to rest.

I find it quite ironic that I didn’t take the advice I sometimes give out in my sessions. But luckily the topics I address in my courses help me self-reflect. That’s exactly what I’ve done upon working on my latest installment that deals with life balance.

Just as with every publication, I hope that everything I put together can support others in their day to day. And in the interval, I’ll take a much needed step back to realign with what I’m genuinely looking forward to.

Take care, dear friends.
